The Saturn VUE is being recalled by General Motors due to a condition in which the nut securing the power steering line to the power steering pump may loosen.
The risk here is that if power steering fluid were to leak and come in contact with hot exhaust components, an engine compartment fire could result.

GM Recalling 857,735 Vehicles

A short circuit in the heated windshield washer fluid circuit board that may cause other electrical features to malfunction, create an odor, smoke or potentially a fire has resulted in General Motors recalling 857,735 cars, trucks and SUVs.
